RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the personal nature of our offerings, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Customers are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

• The cancellation request is made within 48 hours of placing the order, provided printing has not yet begun.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, subject to the payment provider’s timeline.

A partial refund OF 50-70% may be issued in the following cases:

• If the printing process has already started but the order has not yet been shipped.

• The refund amount will be determined based on incurred material and processing costs (typically 50-70% of the order value).

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds under these circumstances:

• The order has already been shipped.

• The product is a custom print (e.g., signed, numbered, or made-to-order items).
